In terms of mode, everyone knows now that there is a lot of ladder utilization and recycling, but in fact, why do I do a formal analysis here? Including our own negative electrode has also found a lot of drawbacks. So far, we have no good tricks on the disassembly of the battery. The cost of power battery recycling, we have also considered this form, one is the use of the ladder, because the ladder uses a small cycle diagram, this is the battery life, such as the power battery cycle to extract the data, so the data obtained A little less, and finally made a curve to find that its life decay is getting faster and faster, so we feel that its protection is actually not so good, and it took so much effort to dismantle it, it may not be able to be dismantled. There is a lot of cost in the recycling afterwards. Everyone can accept, I think the most difficult thing to accept is that Chinese people are more like new and old, and doing recycling is good, when selling, not selling. When he knows that you are recycling materials, it is possible that everyone will not accept it. Go back, I don't want it. Our company has been selling for a few years, he has been using it, I don't know, when he knows how to sell it to me, he has used it for four or five years, and he has no feeling. Now we are only talking about secretly, we can't do it in a big way. This qualification is known to everyone. This is not a dangerous waste. From the town, after the city has finished asking, this thing can't be done. I finished the previous form and talked about the second part. We are doing negative electrode recycling. This means that the negative electrode is actually simple. It is only copper and carbon. Before we did this, the last meeting also said that we could dig up thousands of tons of shovel. It used to be land filled. There is no way to deal with it. As for the CMC, SDR, SP, etc., which are separated, there is no such technology.

 

We mainly have two modes. We just emphasized that we don't have the technology to dismantle them. We are all giving us the things that others have taken apart. Just give us the negative pole, and we have no ability to manage the rest. There are two parts: one is the defective product in the production process of the battery core. The battery is not so sure that if you cast 10,000 batteries, you will be able to produce 10,000 good products. Even if you do, the scraps are very large, and you have to sample them. As long as you take a sample and make a hole, this one will be abolished. It is a pity to lose it. It can't be used for picking it up, so it can only be scrapped. According to my own statistics, the low end does not say it, it is normal. In terms of level, it should be about 5%, without electricity, completely uncharged, and the production yield of the battery is between 88-90%, not power, but digital. The power of the balance other than the match may have fewer mantissas, because the number of matches is different, so the mantissa is different. Therefore, we are optimistic that this 5% is definitely there. If we sell 100,000 tons of materials a year, then 5% is also several thousand tons. Our company is very small, that is, the amount of processing these tons, not big, the second is to eliminate scrap, why is it difficult to dismantle it, because I also do batteries, all kinds of batteries have been removed, when doing In the dead, how to do it, how to do it when it is broken, it is difficult to dismantle it when it is demolished, there is no way to dismantle it, only to say that a bigger enterprise has a way to get it, we can’t really get it, it’s labor-intensive, it’s not realistic, it’s full. The next half of the electricity, maybe the next one is out of power, it may be overdue, the state is not the same, you can remove the negative pole, we certainly have a way to repair and restore.

 

Then now we are doing the front end of this piece, except that there are not tens of tons, thousands of tons, the bad products of this test cannot be done, the scrap cannot be done, this part of the split is very simple, without the electrolyte, everyone also Asked me about the electrolyte. Then the diaphragm is also simple, the blade is drawn, and the one is pulled out. The final result is the negative electrode. The positive electrode is very clean. The positive electrode can cooperate with the partner. You don't need to burn. The negative electrode has its own processing method. Copper and carbon are processed. The general process is to recycle and re-classify. If there is no good class, the separation in the back is very troublesome. When the positive electrode is classified, it is placed in the negative electrode. When grading, the sesame mung bean is almost the same size, it is difficult to pick. So the most important thing for us is the previous classification, then separation, and then deep processing, which is relatively simple.

 

Then, at the current level, the separation is still OK, and the content made is more than 99.5%. After the first step is divided into categories, the simplest separation can achieve more than 99.5%, which is relatively conservative. Then, after we have finished separating, we still have to go through the physical method, use a line speed, cut off the inside of the thing, and finally leave our so-called particle size and purity. If this is done, the lowest level will not be low. At 99.85%, it is much higher than the one we dug. This part can certainly be used, but the product used is not the same direction, the chemical method used is more solid, we can directly deal with the processing contained in it.

 

Then this is one of our warehouses. Now the company’s shipments are about 500 tons. This is the PPT made last year. Now we may have to exceed this number. The last thing is to do the negative electrode, we also need some testing equipment, these things we are completely in accordance with the negative electrode factory and the electrode factory, our main thing is to detect the reliability of a thing. Just said, maybe customers are not willing to accept this recycling, but we cannot tell them, but if we don't tell them, we must also consider its reliability. After all, it is portable, safe, and cyclic. We are not saying Material circulation, first of all, the performance requirements are also cyclic, and the materials to be made should be safe in the future. We have also done some related verification. In fact, this verification is very simple. It will not have much problem, because the material itself has not been used. As long as it is purified, if it is done, the data is very easy to complete.

 

In terms of a difference from normal materials, because I have compared some other aspects, such as life, safety, reliability, etc., there are some differences, but the difference is not big. A difference is the difference in price. The difference in terms of power is that the 3C is done in five hundred weeks, and it is also 90%. The second part is what we are already doing now. Maybe this time about the car battery, there must be a cycle of life. After using the battery, the negative electrode material, we cannot get it. This time has already been started two years ago.
