What you need:

· PVC wraps and insulator for the tops. This wraps won’t cost you even 5 dollars! 10 wraps plus 20 insulators can cost you around 3.5 dollars.

· You need to have access to a printer paper, Microsoft word will do just fine. You can use 20lb paper but 32lb paper is preferable for extra thickness.

· Some fantastic artwork. You can google excellent images from google or just something you have drawn. Whichever the case, your design needs to be fantastic and appealing to the eye.

· You will need some tools like scissors, razors or blade. You also need a heat source and the most preferable should be a hair dryer. Hair dryers are excellent as they are not difficult to get to the right temperature but it takes more time. If the hair dryer does not interest you or you just don’t like it, there are hundreds of things you can use, you can use your toaster, bulb, stove etc. I personally prefer a heat gun.

Sizing and printing your images.

Any version of Microsoft word will appropriate for this work. I use a 2013 MS word and I do all my sizing from it. Do you really don’t know how to insert an image on Microsoft word?

How to wrap your battery

· Measure the length of your battery against the length of your paper and trim where necessary.

· If everything is alright, peel the old wrap from your battery and you might want to consider starting from the negative going to the positive side.

· Your old insulator in most cases falls so you need to put a new one.

· Wrap your battery with the new design, at first you will see some wrinkles on the paper but don’t panic, the heat shrinking will deal with that.
