Battery Change

The Stream light TLR1 is a very important tactical tool for several people and most of the people who are using it for the first time and do not have any experience in using this sort of Stream light. So there are many people who find a lot of difficulty in changing the battery so the first thing that you must do is follow the under given instructions so that you can easily change or install the batteries in the Stream light TLR1. These are the instruction

The first thing that you have to do is that when you are having the light in your hands you will notice that at the back of it there is a lever that will unlock.

To unlock the lever you must pull it upwards towards yourself. As you do you must pull the lever all the way to the back then as you pull the lever all the way to the back you will notice that the swing door will open. When the swing door opens you will notice that it is attached to the hook above. 

Now From the bottom side you will have to push the cap or the capsule towards the up direction. When you pull it upwards the lock of the capsule will unlock or unhook itself as a result of which what will happen is that you will see the batteries and then you can easily replace them. This is how you can replace the batteries in the Stream light torch. 

Battery Door

Sometimes your stream light torch’s Door can be broken. This results in the battery of your light to fallout off the torch therefore, rendering the torch useless. So if you want to avoid this from happening people who are not used to changing the batteries or getting them fixed and familiar with the mechanisms of this torch will have difficulty in assembling the door and even changing or replacing the batteries, However, for them below are mentioned a simple guide that will walk you through the simple steps of changing the door. 

The first thing that you have to do is open the cap of the torch like you read in the previous paragraphs of how to replace the batteries. In the same way you unhook the cap of the torch. 

Now if you look closely you will notice that there is a long small steel bar or rod that has been fixed In between the cap and the torch so that the torch can be fixed to the cap and both of them are in perfect place, affixed to one another. 

Once you remove that bar or Rod With the help of some pliers the cap will easily come off from the torch. This is how you can remove the cap from the torch. 

Now to replace it you must simply put the cap that you want to replace on the torch and pull the lock in the opposite way that you initially did to open. Place the bar back into that space where it belonged and your gap is now fixed and fully replaced.

Battery Type

It uses two CR123A batteries. These batteries are lithium ion in nature and therefore are the best source of energy for these types of torches.
