18650 batteries

Polymer batteries

The difference between a polymer battery and a conventional lithium ion battery lies in the production process. The lithium battery is entangled and has a soft volume. The polymer is superimposed and has a hard body shape. For the same volume of polymer and lithium batteries, the polymer has a larger capacity, about 30% higher. And it is safer and the risk of explosion is small. Charge and discharge reached more than 500 times. The disadvantage is that the cost is high, and the same capacity of the polymer battery is at least 100% more expensive than the 18650 lithium ion battery.
