If it is a hundred percent, then the capacity of the lead-acid battery will be 12.70 V. Similarly, if it is 90%, then the capacity of the battery will be 12.50 V. Whenever you go down in the percentage, the capacity of the battery will keep on decreasing. The voltage of the battery is directly proportional to the capacity of the battery. If the percentage is 80%, then it is very obvious that the capacity of the battery is 12.42 V. 

Calculating the Capacity of the Battery 

You can also calculate the capacity of the battery as it has one of the easiest formulas. You should multiply the current of the battery by the time which is taken by the voltage to decrease the 12 volts of the battery.
