Hello, everyone! We know the power cell production process, we are used to be divided into the front, middle and back sections, where today the international do point and line composition.

 

Today, the international community has increased the number of points and lines. This is what we have done in the industrial chain. When we help customer service, the customer will have his process when he produces the power core. We can see the top information flow, process flow, and material flow on the chart. We are mainly from the middle customer's process flow. There are various processes and manufacturing processes. We're putting all the physical stuff together, starting with the process. Plus there's a lot of information tracking in there, and we're putting the whole thing together, and from this chart, we're doing process analysis for our clients, and we're integrating logistics and information flow.

 

Our key work, we have to automate, informatize and intelligentize the production line. We have to integrate them together, robots and conveyor lines. This is tangible. Next, there is logistics transfer work. This is us. The work done by the integrator.

 

This is our actual case, from the power cell manufacturing process, we call it the back segment, and from here on to the PACK assembly, you can see that from 1 to 11 here are the process requirements, which are based on the customer's capacity requirements and tempo. We will import all the equipment into it. This is the key delivery project. It is provided by our company.

 

This project is the earliest one that our company has done, and it is also relatively large. It is a project in Shenzhen. What we do is the process distribution and equipment layout. What we see in the picture above is the production equipment layout, and the following is used to distinguish it. The font is the production process. The right to the left is about 210 meters and 50 meters wide. This is a very large arrangement. The total height is 18.2 meters. You can see that there is an automated library inside. The height is 15 meters. Drawings mainly tell you that we are based on the customer's process, we are actually providing all the equipment, plus the production scheduling system.

 

We offer two things, one is the logistics system solution and the other is the information integrated scheduling system. You can see the drawing on the right, which is the square power battery on the top. This tray should have 72 cores in our production process. There is a two-dimensional code on the 72 cores. At the beginning of production, all information is collected simultaneously. The data generated by each core is superimposed on all data in the background database. The height of the library is 15 meters, which saves a lot of ground space.

 

As the core of our logistics system, the above is the MES system. The production process of the block, the monitoring system, the power core on the production line, and the inspection originals are all monitored in the system. Even the service life of the block is all three-dimensional and has reached each maintenance point.

All the production lines are unmanned and automated. What is the status of the operation after going online? We can see many three-dimensional elevated libraries, manipulators, and cranes. Our company serves all the power batteries, the core production line is the entire plant logistics, the most primitive raw materials to the module, PACK, involving logistics we have a practical case.

 

This is our first case. The BYD Kengzi No. 3 factory has a factory building of 18 meters. All the warehouses are 15 meters high and the space is very energy efficient.

 

In 2014, we made the first set in China, and you can see the photos in the middle. These are automated detection and logistics storage systems, and the space savings are very large. There are 16 files in this project. The 16 stalls track information during all production processes, and they are bound to each core. The complexity of production is very high, and this project also has a feature. He is four different models and scales. In 2014, we have carried out the implementation of the project to realize logistics informatization and data synchronization throughout the production process.

 

After entering the industry in 2014, we have undertaken BYD's projects. In 2015, we began to undertake CATL projects in the era of Ningde, Yinlong New Energy in 2016, and Xinwangda in 2017.

 

As you can see from BYD, which started in 2014, we have recently received projects from Taiyuan, and we have been trusted by some of the leading factories. In 2015, we entered the CATL of Ningde era.
