(2) the registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than 50 million yuan, the fixed assets of the platform or the platform investors shall not be less than 100 million yuan, and the annual average automobile sales shall not be less than 300 million yuan in the past two years. (4) the enterprise has the ability to issue letters of credit independently.

2. Pilot enterprises.

Pilot enterprises refer to enterprises that can meet their own sales needs and independently complete parallel import of automobiles. Entry conditions:

(1) the enterprise is registered in haikou comprehensive bonded zone, with independent accounting legal representative qualification, sound financial management system, authentic, accurate and complete accounting information, good tax payment and bank credit, and no record of bad behavior in the market and quality supervision, customs, tax, audit and other regulatory departments.

(2) the registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than 20 million yuan, the automobile sales volume of the enterprise or the enterprise investor shall exceed 30 million yuan in the last financial year or the number of imported automobiles shall exceed 100, and the enterprise has fixed assets matching its business scale or has established a risk guarantee mechanism.
