There are already new cathode chemistries in place and declining manufacturing costs, making these products even cheaper.

Major battery manufacturers see the same gross margins of up to 20%, with more than 85% utilization. That means more products can be produced at lower prices than when the industry becomes. Although there are variations between brands, EV battery packs' price remains relatively at the same rate.
